Leather "Polisher"

Maybe I am dreaming, does anyone know whether the market has some kind of polisher for leather waxing and polishing?
I occasionally polish our leather lounge suit but since we have two sets, and they are rather large, I often got worn out after the first one-seater. I thought there should be some kind of hand-held polisher which you can just watch TV and polish at the same time :-)) I know the hand job is still the best, but wouldnt mind try one if someone can point me to the right direction.

      No, I meant some kind of machine, hand-held, battery operated or something. To relieve my sore arm….

    I'm assuming you want a hand-held polisher/buffer similar to what they use for polishing cars?
