There is currently a free shipping promotion at ToyShop.com.au for this weekend only (21-22 July). They are far from being a "toy shop", but sell console/PC games, DVD, Music CD and Jewellery.
You can also get a $10 store credit when you sign up, which can be used on purchases over $50.
Edit: From its delivery section, it seems this "free delivery" offer will save you $4.95 for up to two parcels. You'll get free delivery anyway if you buy 3 or more in-stock items.
