It's come to my attention that no-one has mentioned SpnKix on this forum before?
I haven't ordered a pair but I'm tossing and turning if I want to buy one or not. The technology seems very innovative and interesting so I hope that it will develop later on and become much more efficient :)
SpnKiX it's these motorized shoes that go to about 16km/h and can last up to just under 10km on the PRO version and over 10km on the EZ version (if you buy another battery pack). It's been on the news and you can pretty much google it; been on SMH and many other sites like Engadget!
Currently, the EZ version's are on preorder but if you buy them with a spare battery…. you'll get 8 miles out of it instead of the 6 miles from the standard PRO version. So you save $50~ and gain an extra 2 miles!
Anyways, the main point of this post was to inform you guys that this technology exists and to receive your opinions on it!
