  • One dispatch per order
  • Please ensure you use the "shipping" dispatch date selector on the cart page if you'd like your order delivered to you and that you use the "click and collect" date/time selector if you'd like to pickup your order. If you plan to pickup your order please ensure you select the "pickup in store" delivery option on the checkout page, as this not only eliminates the shipping fee for you, but also allocates your order to the click and collect system we have in place, so it means you'll receive different notification messaging to assist you towards a smooth pickup experience

  • Any recommendations on single origin beans that are on sweeter side?

    • +1

Morning @b0nd always better to ask than wonder!

Our Brazil São Paulo Single Origin is the sweetest SO out of our current options, closely followed by our Peru Chanchamayo Grade 1 Organic Single Origin :)

      • +1

I am writing this while drinking the Peru Chanchamayo SO and highly recommend both it and the Brazil SO (I've tried A LOT of beans from different places and these are my go-to).

      • Thanks 🙏

      • Do you do any form of subscription service for your filter single origins? Would love to have something on rotation every couple of weeks :)

        • +3

Morning @Heybargain WOW talk about a nicely timed question!

We've actually be brainstorming in the background about potentially bringing our Frequent Buyers Club back (coffee subscription). However, we'd really like to make it something special beyond just a discount to subscribers. Please feel most welcomed to fire off any and all ideas to make our Frequent Buyers Club subscription extra special, I can guarantee any of the ideas will be implemented, but I can guarantee all will be seriously contemplated and potentially added to the features list. A few ideas that have been rolling around in my head have been, accruing loyalty points, surprise and delight additions, access to exclusive content and services, other special offers…what are your thoughts on delivery intervals, fortnightly, every 3 weeks, monthly? How about alternate quantities exclusive for subscribers e.g. 400g? Any other ideas..?

          • +5

@LimeBlueCoffee: Subscribers get Biscoff upgrade to Timtam!

          • @LimeBlueCoffee: Keep it simple LB…keep doing what you are doing. Can easily DIY a subscription with your 500g offering.

            • @tunzafun001: It wasn't about the convenience of a subscription but about an interesting variety. Tom selected and roasted some novel beans for it and you can't really DIY a surprise. I can say I don't think I've made half as much pour over since the club went on hiatus.

              • @Alcaro: Ive never tried the Thankyou or the moments blends, so will be a surprise.

I just HATE subscription models… when you cant use your sat nav or heated seats in your car without a subscription…we have gone too far!

Shopback treat you better with a Subscription…. perhaps they should treat all their customers good anyway…etc

          • +1

@LimeBlueCoffee: Keep it simple. Offer roast type, quantities (250g, 500g), intervals (2, 4, 6 weeks), option to pause subscription and rotating origin.

Great coffee. If you haven't tried it before, the only thing you'll regret is that you didn't try/buy it earlier.

  • @LimeBlueCoffee is this suitable for a filter coffee?

    • Hey @JohnnyO it sure it, works a treat for both filter and espresso brewing methods :)

      • Thanks for the quick reply!

        • Got to keep it speedy when I can :)

Hi @LimeBlueCoffee what are the pickup timings and days at Moorabin?

    • Morning @VA13 selectable pick up times vary from week to week, just like delivery, availability is impacted by how busy we get. On the cart page you'll find our click and collect availability times and days. Generally speaking you're able to pick up Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm :)

  • Thank you! One of my favs. Will put one in for March!

    • Amazing to hear!

Thank you so much for another terrific order, love you're planning ahead skills to ensure you don't need to worry about running out of the good stuff :)

    Hello OP
Do you hany specials coming up for Chanchamayo Grade ?

    • Hey @Wiser never hurts to check!

Right now we only have enough Chanchamayo in stock to fulfill any existing or new orders at regular price. We'll likely feature it in a deal around the time of when the next shipment is delivered. If you're about to run out of the good stuff, it might be a good idea to get a small bag at regular price to tie you over :)

      • Thank you.
Do you have a shop front to walk in and pick up?

        • Sure thing, yes, we have click and collect available. You'll see available pick up days/time on the cart page :)

  • +1

I would buy more often if shipping was free for two bags rather than needing three which is too much coffee beans for me. Three bags in the freezer takes up too much freezer space and takes a while to finish.

    • +3

Get a quote from Aussie Post to ship 2 x 1kg bags and you will see why that isn't sustainable.

Just get friends/ neighbors/ family / work colleagues in a group buy.

      Everyone wins

    • What’s your freeze and defrost process, please?

  • Hi, made an order yesterday for dispatch today. Would it be possible to bundle the orders together to save some shipping?

    • Hey @haemogoblin2 thank you so much for your recent order with us, it really is appreciated!

Always better to ask than wonder. We're happy to add to existing orders prior to dispatch. However, your order may have already been packed and picked up (delivery companies don't usually scan on collection). That said please send a reply email to your tracking info email and I'll have a quick check to see if your order's already out the door or whether we can add to it before it leaves :)

  • How does this blend compare with Moments to Memories?

    • Nice question!

Our Thank You Blend has a slightly higher acidity kick and a little more clean fruity secondary flavour notes :)

  • Any deals going on your half strength beans? We've ordered them a few times and they've been great.

    • +1

Never hurts to check and thank you so much for that terrific compliment!

We tend to focus on 1 deal at a time, so right now this is the only deal we're featuring. I'm honestly not quite sure when any of our Half Strength Full Flavour options will next be featured in a deal, perhaps you could get a small bag at regular price to tie you over, so you don't need to worry about running out of the good stuff :)

Hi there, do you do ground coffee or just beans?

    • Just whole beans at the moment, but we do have a couple of grinders available at hard to beat pricing is you're up to take the plunge. Silver lining is grinding on demand should improve you coffee ten fold compared to using preground :)

  • Hey Tom, with the brewing recipies on the bags, does the time (I know it's only a recommendation, brew to taste!) for extraction include or exclude pre-infusion time? If I have 6 seconde pre-infusion, should I be aiming for the 27 seconds or 33 for an espresso pour? Cheers

    • +1

Nice double check, always better to ask than wonder!

Our brew guides include any pre-infusion time :)

  • Made my first purchase from LBC in the last special in December they ran. Can and do recommend, beautiful beans. Ordered another 3kg till the next special, thanks for posting these to OzB when you run the specials as well.

    • +1

Amazing to hear, wonderful to know we're in your good books, I promise we'll keep working hard to stay there!!!

Thank you so much for another outstanding order and sharing that terrific compliment, it's truly appreciated :)

  • Do you sell Decaf Beans and if so what do they cost for a 1 kg bag? Thanks

  • PNG was my last order, mixed feelings, it surprised me once in a while but some of my friends were not impressed. Probably not going to reorder.

I just went through entire history of LB Coffee orders, turns out I haven't tried Thank You blend lol

Going to place a delayed order as I am still going through PNG

    • Hey @sqheaven appreciate the feedback, our PNG was a fairly polarising coffee as is the case with super fruity coffees, people either absolutely love super fruity coffees or would rather have a more chocolatey coffee flavoured coffee. Any coffee that's below a 6 (the PNG was a 2) on our fruit to coffee scale that we only recommend for black coffees is going to polarising in flavour. Most of our coffee aren't too polarising, but there is demand for the super fruity coffees so we'll continue to make them available every now and then (we've actually got a waitlist for our PNG or similar super fruity coffees from those who absolutely loved it).

Thank you so much for another terrific order, it's truly appreciated and I love your planning ahead skills!

I think our Thank You blend should hopefully be a real winner for you in a similar fashion to our other regular offerings :)

      • Add me to the PNG waitlist!

  • Anyone else have shipping problems with Lime Blue Coffee? Not so sure CouriersPlease is all that great, or if I've just been unlucky. Didn't have this issue with others I've ordered from on this site.
Ordered January, roasted a week ago, but still waiting. Lack of caffeine getting me frustrated :(

Hey @Its My Money thank you so much for placing your first order with us, it's truly appreciated!

Please send a reply email to your tracking info email so we can look into this for you :)

p.s. it could just be an isolated incident, but don't forget you have the power to select the carrier you want st the checkout

      • Hi @LimeBlueCoffee,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll flick an email to you shortly. I'm drinking instant coffee at the moment - a true nightmare lol.

Any courier suggestion? I just used the default on the website. Appears to still be in their warehouse a week after ordering. But I'll send an email and go from there. If nobody else has an issue I'll assume it is isolated and happily give it another crack.

        Cheers

      • @LimeBlueCoffee
Not sure if it was your intervention, or pure coincidence, but the delivery went from sitting in a Vic warehouse for 1 week to delivered to Qld this morning…
If it was you guys, thank you. And if not, thanks for reviewing and responding.

        • Morning @Its My Money received and responded to your email, but I'll also reply here :)

Terrific to here the good stuff arrived safe and sound. A few things to note for future reference to ensure you're set up for a smooth delivery experience:

          1) The no delivery company flat rate shipping option means you've got a 50:50 shot of either being allocated to Couriers Please or Australia Post. The automatic allocation is based on a number of changing factors. Just because you got a given carrier for 1 delivery doesn't mean you'll get the same carrier next time. If you want certainty of a specific carrier then you're able to select a specific carrier at the checkout

          2) Standard mail travels via road between States. Express travels via plane between states. A lot can happen between VIC and QLD, even something as simple as a truck getting a flat tyre can hold up a delivery. Especially given interstate logistics are based on matching schedules. To elaborate, generally speaking one truck won't drive completely into another state, usually two trucks will meet at State borders switch trailer loads and then do a U-turn and head back to where they can from, even for nearby states like NSW this is true. From VIC to QLD will involve a minimum of 5 trucks and 1 van. If you need the good stuff super quick, it's best to select Express Post as this travels via plane, so it avoids a lot of issues associated with road freight

          3) Tracking is point to point, not live, so you'll only see an update after something has happened. Unless you see a tracking message saying "delayed" or something else to indicate there's an issue, all will likely be on track. However, it never hurts to double check, so if you're even unsure simply send us an email :)

  • @LimeBlueCoffee unsure if you can answer… but when are we expecting to see the next set of price increases from coffee beans? i know we're possibly getting into new supply under new pricing…

    • Hey @freestyle18 appreciate you taking the time to reach out!

A fair question, but a little hard to tell for sure. We are currently drawing down all existing coffee contracts, so when those contracts are fulfilled then the new pricing will take effect. Different coffees have different draw down quantities remaining and draw down times, so different coffee will enter new pricing zones at different times. At this stage I don't know what the pricing will be, but I believe it'll be higher as the C market keeps increasing (which doesn't directly equate to specialty coffee prices, but does impact it) and the AUD (coffee is traded in USD) has continued to decrease in recent times. Rest assured we're doing our best to keep prices as stable as we can for as long as we can and when possible lowering other costs to help prevent coffee price increases. That said the deal of tomorrow is promised to no one, so if you see a coffee you like as a price you like I'd highly recommend making the most of our unique delayed/scheduled dispatch system by locking in that price across several orders :)
