ShopBack Very Slow Cashback Settling from October and Still Waiting

I know there are various issues with temu with every cashback company but I am still waiting for one to settle for October, and a family member from the same time who made their first order, it tracked but was at the existing members rate and not the new customer rate.
Shopback says 90 days is the time limit and this was about 25 October.

With all the issues especially with temu, I have had it rectified in less time with Topcashback, and Cashrewards, so seems like Shopback is now the hardest to deal with and the one I trust the least. Topcashback at-least does provide updates and communication.

Is there a support person or customer support to contact or is the only way to just wait?

    I have the same issue. When querying this I received the following message from Shopback Bot:

    "Your cashout is currently being processed.
    Truly apologize as there's a slight unexpected system maintenance in processing your payout.
    Rest assured, our teams are actively addressing this matter to expedite the withdrawal process.
    You can anticipate an update on this status within the next 5-7 working days.
    Meanwhile, please be assured that your funds are secure and will be delivered promptly once the process resumes smoothly."

    Translation: There's no cash here. Cash, here… no. No Cash.
    I for one, will no longer be using shopback.

  • Update all sorted very quickly after support case opened. The problem is, it can be a bit tricky to open support cases.
