I know there are various issues with temu with every cashback company but I am still waiting for one to settle for October, and a family member from the same time who made their first order, it tracked but was at the existing members rate and not the new customer rate.
Shopback says 90 days is the time limit and this was about 25 October.
With all the issues especially with temu, I have had it rectified in less time with Topcashback, and Cashrewards, so seems like Shopback is now the hardest to deal with and the one I trust the least. Topcashback at-least does provide updates and communication.
Is there a support person or customer support to contact or is the only way to just wait?
try messaging the rep, ideally publicly by tagging them.
