Another Dominoes Thread

i know this is old but ive just joined. anyways, i recieved a dominoes coupon from coles docket in september 2008 for free delivery on anything $15 or more.valid until nov 2008.rung up and ordered two pizzas which came to $15.90.then was told by the person on the phone,"oh that coupon is no longer valid and you have to order $20 worth of pizza for free delivery".after being calm for about one minute and explaining dominoes cant do this i started shouting obscenities at him.i then sent a complaint to dominoes via email with no response.what does everyone think about this one.

  • Don't lose your cool dude, that's what I think.

  • im not worried about it now, at the time i thought it was stink.

  • I'm going to hijack this thread, rather than start a new one…. I've noticed there haven't really been any good deals for a while, and none of the $4.95 coupons work anymore.

Basically, I'm thinking about ordering a number of pizzas at work tomorrow - maybe eight pizzas.

Do dominos give discounts on larger orders, or cheaper prices at lunch?

It's company tradition to bring cake in for birthdays, which costs about $40 ($20 for two large cakes), but if I can get a bunch of pizzas instead, that would be something better. :)

  • Yeh it really gets my blood boiling when companies refuse legitimate non-expired original coupons. I knew of a few companies (that were part of a chain) that regularly refused coupons. The thing is; as far as I know; you cannot legally refuse valid coupons - unless of course it's in their terms & conditions. Where do we stand legally here? Does anyone know?
