AmEx Additional Card Holder - How Long for Offers to Show?

I have an AmEx card + 1 additional card holder, I noticed an offer that came up that would benefit me so I redeemed it on both cards and then ordered 2 more additional cards. I received and activated those cards about 48 hours ago but there are no offers showing at all. AmEx support are of no help, contacted them twice and both times got different answers of "wait a week" and "wait 2 billing cycles".

Anyone got any idea how this works or been in the same situation?

    AmEx support are of no help, contacted them twice

  You have to wait a few weeks as they’ve already advised you.

    What’s throwing me is that when I ordered the first additional card a few months ago the offers started showing as soon as I activated it online.
