Looking at reviews on both Amazon & Samsonite AU, sounds like the zippers are very fragile on this line of suitcases, many talk about them breaking after either first or second use

  In my case, the stitching of the suitcase came undone on its first trip :( Got replaced a brand new one after claiming the warranty though.
