Looking to get a new DC fan. I read here people like the xiaomi and Kogan ones. Not sure what to decide on or any if there’s anything better out now. Found the xiaomi fan 2 on pbtech for 140, or a Kogan one for 140 aswell. They seem similar and wonder if they’re actually just the same. Or yarratwo on Amazon for the same price. I use it for sleeping too so want it to be quiet enough.

We've got 3 of the Kogan ones, a few years old now but still going well.
I've got a kogan one. Pretty quiet. Exit the room and you wouldn't know it's on. Decent power as well. I always rate it in Fan discussions or bargain posts.
The Xiaomi Fan 2 comes out of the same factory as the yarratwo. I have the yarratwo and the design is exactly the same with a few differences in features (yarratwo has no battery, has different SmartHome integrations, and uses a barrel jack). The fan from PBTech also ships next month so don't bother with it unless you want to wait a while.
Now the Kogan fan. I imagine you mean their rechargeable one and it's apparently pretty decent. Now for the question about whether it can be recharged while using it - it depends on who you ask. It seems it can be charged while using it, but I received two responses from Kogan's support emails (which take forever to respond):
1. It's fine.
2. You can do it, but you probably shouldn't.So your mileage may vary.
I reckon I’ll just go for a Kogan one then. I’m assuming you’re talking about this one? it’s the most popular but the other 2 they have seem good enough. The “premium” one also just looks like the yarra/xiaomi one. For the one I linked do u know usually how often they restock it? Seems like it will be around the same price $60-70

I don't know how often it's restocked. I only started looking into them a month or two ago.
I prefer the Marvel ones.
