Anyone have any inside intel on whether Accor Plus will be running their 40% or 50% discount anytime soon?
Considering whether to just bite the bullet and join now. Best discount I could find was 20% off via Points Hack.

Got mine about this time last year through Fiji for about $220 AUD. Included the free "Stay Plus" night. It's worth grabbing a VPN and checking out other country prices.

I renewed mine on Malaysia. 2 stay nights for 1190MYR
Received a call from the Malaysian call centre on the way home from work offering 1150MYR for the Explorer 2 free nights included.
Although more expensive that last year still still it will be good value especially if booking on weekends where you can pay upto $350 per night.Money yet to be charged but that could be because this year's membership doesn't expire for a couple of weeks.

I've used 4 different credit and debit cards so it's not a card issue, 2 Aussie cards and 2 Revolut. How have others got this to work?
Consider the Amex Platinum charge card which comes with free Accor plus.
Annual fee is 1450 though, so depends on whether you can make back the other $1000 in value
