      Yeah will grab some too!
      Thanks Op.

  • Oat is $1.48 S&S but limited to 2 per order.

Lower your testosterone and up your estrogen with one glass a day!

    No Lite (low sugar) sadly

    • Why no sugar like zero?

    • +1

      Lite just dropped to 1.75!

    • Just worry about low fat.

      • The fat in soy is ok, but added sugar isn't great. The amount in regular soy is also ok but the less the better, if you don't need it to enjoy the drink

        • I've found This one is pretty good overall, froths well for coffee. Tastes good to me, probably the best besides bonsoy and a bargain for $21/12.

6.3g of sugar for 250mL is alright, what other calories do you consume during the day? One can of coke has 39g for comparison. Sounds like most people have been brainwashed to be scared of carbs and sugar, but eat too much fats/protein and other crap.

Anyway plenty of other alternatives these days..

          • @G-rig: If you like it, enjoy it!

I prefer to lower these additives where I can (e.g. Where the compromise on taste or pleasure is acceptable) so that I can "afford" them in other places where it isn't.

I just found that the "Lite" Soy Milky was perfectly fine, but significantly lower calories.

@Wolfenstein98k: Yeah all good, as I only have 250g a day it's fine and don't want watery stuff for coffee.

Sounds like your diet is pretty tight, all cals in vs out crudely speaking to Start with so yeah plenty of choices what you consume.
