Looking for Reccomendations for Chicken Shop Salt

So here's the kicker. I don't mean "chicken salt" that comes in yellow and green or whatever it is from fish and chip shops.
God do I hate that stuff.

BUT, every chicken and chips place that thrives on quarter chicken and chips combos, has some variant of amazing salt on their chips.
Red Rooster, Legs and Breasts here in Tas, a thousand little charcoal chicken places throughout every country town.

Is there a name for this stuff?
I've tried a bunch of different "chicken salt" things and they're all gross.
So… chicken shop salt?

    My god, why?
I think if you sent it away for spectral analysis you will find peaks that correlate with:
    1. Bar of soap zest
    2. Sawdust
    3. Poultry dandruff - 50% unidentifiable, 50% bin-chicken

If we ever had to battle aliens, this would be the top candidate to load into shotgun shells - borderline digestible to humans, likely highly carcinogenic to every other lifeform out there

The right amounts of stuff can make amazing things.. Take a look at that vax thing
      Chicken Salt is life.

  • The ones that the shops use are Edlyn and Flavon. I personally slightly prefer Flavon.

I hear talk of Edlyn… Flavon… and various other brands.
I'm sure they're good, maybe even very good.
But until such time as FULL CONFIRMATION is received, Nice 'n' Tasty is the boss.
