    Has anyone had trouble trying to cancel? It takes me to the final screen to end membership and then throws me back on the membership summary page on both app and website.
    Edit. Seen comment above. Very dodgy. Can't remove payment method either.

        How about now?

        I planned to cancel but they charged me $9.99 the day before the renewal date. Not only that, but it won't let you cancel at that time because it's "within 48 hours of renewal". I'd be surprised if that is legal.

        Yeah it is. I sent it to two people. One open its and can see 6 months free whereas the other person opens it and can only see 4 weeks.

    I logged in today and saw my auto renew is cancelled. The Uber one will end in September. I have never chatted with Uber. Only canceled it in app although every time it goes back to Uber one membership page.

    Remember to cancel auto renewal. Don't make the same mistake I did…

    I ended up taking advantage of this deal about a couple of years back thanks to Commbank. I ended up using it on an account I ended up forgetting my login information too.

    I kept being charged month-by-month for several months. Uber Support was no help in getting future payments blocked. Had to end up doing a charge back with Commbank to get it cancelled which was also a pain.

    I never want to go through that again.
