I haven't bought from them before, but I looked up some reviews after your comment and it's really from one extreme to another whether they are good or not. Some claiming prompt delivery and others that they never got their package and customer service never responds… Let's hope for the best!
In my experiences it usually arrives in 7-10 days to Sydney metro.

Did anybody else get an email today saying they have no size and will cancel your order and then another email saying "sorry we could not cancel your order since it is getting ready for dispatch", spelt dispatch with an e too :O
And then 12 hours later another email saying item has been dispatched and the size in the email was the right size. So should I be expecting the right sizes or are they sending me random sizes? Never bought from here before so dont know what will happen.
TheHut and Zavvi have been having logistic problem with their system, especially popular items that they can't show correct stock level on their website :( Unfortunately we are only interested their popular items since they usually have pretty good discount.
