What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is eligible on NBN plans only (all other products or services are ineligible), and for new Superloop customers only. A new Superloop customer is defined as someone that is no longer a Superloop customer and has no active service with them. You must remain a Superloop customer for at least 90 days after placing your NBN order to be eligible for cashback.
  • Orders must be completed wholly online, and not negotiated via phone/chat etc.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Customers are able to nominate a later connection date and receive cashback provided you remain a customer for at least 90 days after placing your NBN order.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

          Unfortunately this offer is for new customers. You are better off with the Nov plan price according to this comment.

      The monthly plan price is more expensive now than last Nov.
      You may get extra cashback but the actual profit would be less than cashback if you decide to leave and rejoin.

    Superloop require 30 days notice to cancel, and they don't do pro-rata refunds
    And you have to call them

    • Are you allowed to cancel before the 90 days?

      i.e. cancel on the 60th day, so that you are still with them for 90 days. If you did this, would you still be eligible for the cashback, since you are their customer for 90 days (including the 30 days towards cancellation)?

    90 days (10 weeks) to be eligible doesn't mean it will be available on your cashback account for withdrawal. You actually need to wait another 12 weeks (22 weeks in total) until it becomes "payable".
    I think it would be fairer if this information was disclosed in the cashback promo message.

  • I signed up in January and I'm still waiting for my Cashback to be Payable. After contacting support it now says "Estimated Payable 22 Weeks".

    22 weeks is a bit of a reach.

  • It took what it felt like 'forever' for the cashback to track from November, after lodging a ticket. Luckily it went to 'payable' within days of being 'approved'.

      My first time using TopCashback

      I've used cashback for about 2 years and a bit. Treat cashback as a bonus for an item (or service) you are going to use anyway. You are probably familiar with Cashrewards. Cashback isn't instant payment and can take a few months to be paid depending on the merchant. Some retailers pay quicker than others. Unfortunately payment for Superloop can be up to around 20-22 weeks.

      4 members have confirmed in this thread that they received payment for the Superloop Nov Black Friday deal which took over 4 months. Mentioned here, here, here and here.

      2 members who signed up in Dec and Jan respectively are still waiting as per the estimated payable time.

      Please also read these tips from the rep and T&Cs in this offer for successful tracking of your order:

      • For tracking success, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be the very last click/tap prior to purchase. Try our iOS/Android mobile app for improved tracking results.
      • Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).
      • Thanks for the tips. The question was more to gauge whether I should engage their customer support to get it tracked. I've been using Cashrewards and Shopback since 2019, so this is not my first rodeo with purchases not tracking regardless of following all the instructions (in my case, a completely fresh Windows install! I only got this PC last week lol).

        Several other threads have complained about tracking issues with TCB, and it looks like it's my turn. I'll put through a claim, thanks.

          Sorry to hear it didn't track. Blame the Windows install lol. I use the 3 cashback sites and had non-tracking with all of them. They all have non-tracking complaints though so we are in good company. You have used cashback a lot longer than me.

          The reviews in this thread were of the slow cashback payment from Superloop. It could be a similar length of time for payment with missing cashback claims.

          TopCashback does not add the tracking manually unlike Cashrewards and ShopBack. I had contacted customer support for my non-tracking purchases and was told to lodge a claim and wait a while (in silence).

          You can either lodge the missing cashback claim now or wait 7 days from purchase date (in case it tracks). If you submit a missing cashback claim before 7 days from purchase date, it will be put ‘On Ice’. The claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice' after 7 days and submitted.

          • There is no tracking added. You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

          You get an automated email when you lodge the claim that says to wait several months. There is usually no response during the waiting period. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info. You would wait for Superloop to check the claim and no need to contact anyone at this stage. My missing cashback claims with TopCashback have all been paid.
