Cashrewards Cashback for Swissôtel Booking: Changed Terms or Misunderstanding?

I recently made a booking at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts through Cashrewards, but it didnt track so I raised a request and I was informed that luxury hotels like Swissôtel are not eligible for any cashback. However, I remember that in the past, Swissôtel did receive a lower cashback rate compared to other Accor properties. For example, there was a period where luxury hotels like Swissôtel earned 2.1% cashback, which is quite different from the current policy.
I made two bookings for the same brand in a week using CR but one was declined saying that Swissôtel is not eligible for any cashback,I also know a few friends who made similar bookings at Swissôtel recently, and they received cashback (although it was at a lower rate).

How can I search Old Cashback rates to prove that it was applicable ? I found an old example from here that shows Swissôtel did receive cashback in the past but that is quite old since I made bookings this March
