  • To go from classic to Gold, it’s 4 stays/nights? Correct?

    • +2

Is it not 30 for gold?

      • Thanks, I thought it was 20.

To go from Classic to Gold, it’s 6 stays/nights.

        • +2

Its only a one time bonus, the bonus points don't stack for multiple stays

  • +10

    No love for platinum 😭

    • They have a tiered dropping system, so worst case you only drop to gold and still get your room tier upgrade. I dropped from Diamond to Platinum with basically 0 nights stayed; I didn't meet the reqs for platinum.

  • +1

To benefit from the Offer, the Member must:
    * register for the Offer (prior to their stay) between 17 March and 31 March 2025

Too late for anyone who didn't register before this month.

    • +1

Just registered and received an email straight after.

    • It says til 31/7/25 not 31/3/25

      • +1

Yes but the T&Cs say you must have registered by 31/3/25 - which is last month.

  • +9

Can't Register if you're Platinum status even though the nights would have helped maintaining the status…

    • Yea encounter the same issue.

  • +3

I figured I wont be eligible for this offer as my ALL program is from Indonesia but seems like I managed to get signed up for it. Thanks op

So is one night considered an eligible stay?

    • Who knows? On the main page it says something about booking ANZ preferred rate (ANZ = Australia, New Zealand). Then in the terms it says an eligible night must be booked under a corporate rate. Very biaarre!

  • • Gold Members: Receive 10 bonus Status Nights after one eligible stay.

Even with 10 bonus night, we still cannot get to Platinum right?
It requires 60 nights instead of 40?

  • +1

classic member but can't register. it says you're not eligible. Is this targetted?

  • Mine says not eligible too

  • Seems like the free stay nights arent eligible. In T&Cs (1. Only bookings using your corporate rates are eligible.).

I just want the extra nights, dors anyone if red hot room rates (e.g. half price) are eligible?

P.s. I registered and my membership is from Malaysia. Fast track is active on my account.

    • How do you check if fast track is active?

      • Go to your all app and look under your profile.

  • I see different bonus status night amounts listed in the conditions of sale:

After signing up, members may, depending on their status, benefit from a Status Nights credit (up to 30 nights offered), offered after their first eligible stay of at least one night in a participating ALL hotel, in accordance with the following scale:

    • a Classic Member will be credited 5 Status Nights.
    • a Silver Member will be credited 10 Status Nights.
    • a Gold Member will be credited 15 Status Nights.

Potentially a further +3 status nights for silver or +5 status nights for gold if this is correct. Although, it also states up to 30 nights are offered, but that seems to be a mistake.

    • +1

Im only seeing 10 for gold. What country membership did you sign with?

      • +1

I also got 10 for gold. Is this target offer ?

  • -2

Is it 10 bonus night for every night stay during this period for gold member?

    • Nope…….it's a one shot offer, stay one night get 10 bonus nights. Additional nights/stays don't get additional offer nights.

      • T&c states earn upto 30 status credit nights… very confusing

  • +1

Just stayed in one of their Melbourne hotels for 5 nights and checked out yesterday. My bad luck as always! 😌

  • I already made a booking in June before I registered. Dose that mean it will not work? Will it work with stay plus .

  • Do i get gold status from silver if i book and stay 1 night?

  • I am an ALL member and have an upcoming stay end of april. If i register now will that stay count towards bonus??

  • Have booked 13 nights in mid April (paid for 7) hope it’s counted.

  • Unfortunately, you are not eligible for this offer. View offer details.
Maybe because I have AccorPlus overseas tied to my account?

    • change your resisdency in your profile, worked for me

  • Good deal, silver is included with Amex so that’s the base tier for me.

  • cannot register this one, as I already registered the previous NAB Rewards Signature…(I have a NAB Rewards Signature card by the way)

  • +6

So book ONE night and get FIVE free nights? or are status nights something else?

    • +10

No, haha. Status nights go towards upgrading your loyalty tier. 10 to get to silver, 30 to get to gold, 60 to get to Platinum.

      • Gotcha. Thanks

      • +4

Wow thanks for clarifying this, I got this far down before understanding this 😂

        • +3

Haha I checked the comments for this too. I was thinking "buy 1 get 5 free, awesome!"
So a status night is like a stamp on a coffee loyalty card.

      • Sorry new to this. What’s the benefit of upgrading to silver and above tiers.

        • I would also like to know this

        • +1

Gold gets you free room upgrades, arguably the best benefit below plat. Plat gives you access to the executive lounge. Good in some of the higher end hotels

  • -5

Which hotel membership program is worth? Accor? Hyatt?

    • Probably the one that is mentioned multiple times in the title of the post.

  • I am PLATINUM and got this message :(

You are not eligible for this offer
Unfortunately, you are not eligible for this offer. View offer details.

i don't think i can make platinum this year unless i get some fast tracked help.

i will be roughly at 35 nights after the easter/anzac holiday, but no real long trips for the rest of the year. maybe just a weekend here or there, but nothing long planned to get up to 60 nights :(

    • I’ve been maintaining my platinum status last few years with accorplus and haven’t had to go to 60 nights. If you could get to 40 nights and join or renew accorplus membership, you’ll get 20 bonus nights. That’s my plan

      • Or get yourself both Voyageur and IBIS Card. They both will give you 30 nights. They cost EUR199 and EUR99 respectively and will give you further discounts (yes, it stacks) on IBIS (for IBIS card) and Accor chains (Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Grand Mercure, etc) and give you some perks equivalent to Silver and Gold.

        https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/all-plus/index.en.shtm…

      • I just renewed and did not get my 20 bonus nights!!

        • I think there is a delay of at least 1 day. Chase it. I am finding their customer service okay so far.

  • I'm still waiting for my bonus nights from the early renewal of Accor Plus and it's been around 6 weeks. Hopefully this one will be a bit smoother.

  • Where is the list of participating hotels?

    .

      1. Features of the offer:

Beware Peppers Manor House & IBIS in AUS.

  • Receive a onetime bonus of 10 Status nights towards Platinum status after your next stay.
Enjoy the benefits of your current status, plus:
    Suite Night Upgrade(s)
    Access to the Executive Lounge
Complimentary daily breakfast at participating hotels in Asia Pacific

  • This is good! I need that extra nights.

  • Thanks OP, just registered and received confirmation email.

  • What happens if your membership lapses after this. Is there any future benefit if you come back or does it all start again?

    • +1

When membership lapses it goes to the tier below your current tier, ie my diamond dropped to platinum because I didn't maintain diamond.

  • how mnay status points on the classic membership gets you a free night?

  • +1

ALL is designed for status upgrades via spend, rather than nights stayed. 60 nights to get to platinum means you are staying 1 night a week even with these free nights thrown in. Not all that useful, really, unless you are a business traveller.

    • I am finding with ALL, you almost need to expect free status nights thrown in every now and then. We now have one for 1 for 10 Status nights. Another commenter said the other day was 1 for 30 Status Nights. If you hold certain NAB Cards, you can get 20 Status Nights as well after certain spend. Lastly, AccorPlus, Voyageur and IBIS Card will give you 20-30 nights but they will cost you membership fees.

  • I successfully registered. So if I book 1 night stay they will credit me 5 nights free? It seems too good to be true.

    • +2

To clarify, 5 "status" nights. Much like Airline status miles. Not actual free night stays.

    • +1

They have had staying 3 nights to get 30 nights fast track offer before. So it's not too good to be true at all. It's just normal Accor thing.

      • I did that last year. They messed up their Ts & Cs initially but I proved the original ones and got the 30 days status and Gold upgrade.

    • I think lots of people misunderstood this. That's why this deal is so upvoted…. The OP should really amend the title of the post.

  • -1

All, very misleading title. These aren't 'free' nights. They've deliberately used the word 'nights' to get you to book without reading the fine print. These 'nights' get you upgrades, not free nights detailed here https://all.accor.com/a/en/loyalty-program/promotions-offers…

    • Thanks for the explanation. Misleading title + misleading promo = neg.

      • This also confused me, it really sounded like 5 nights of free accom. Also gonna neg just so other ozbargainers exercise caution.

      • Lol. You are right. Title is misleading but I have always read it at free up to 10 bonus STATUS nights.

The other thing to remember is that you only get this deal ONCE, not getting free bonus nights every time you book hotel in between eligible period.

  • Ahh I booked a stay last night on their website. Anyone knows will I get the bonus for the existing bookings?

    • i book last week would like to know as well

    • +1

      Cancel and rebook

  • +10

Surely updating the title to say status nights would have been sufficient instead of nuking this deal…I for one definitely did not think I was going to get 10 free nights accommodation for booking one night lol.

    • +2

Same, I saw this immediately as status nights towards upgraded membership and even shared it with a colleague

  • Does anyone knows if the booking must be 'ANZ'? It's not clear in the steps (it just says to book an 'ANZ preferred rate', which is so vague).

  • +1

Anyone got their bonus Status Nights so far? Say Fast Track is active on my account but only got single nights for stays booked after activating.

Almost always have to chase up Accor for any bonus offers :(

    • +1

Not yet. I’m giving it a week

      • Any luck yet?

    • +1

      Nothing for me yet either.

      • +1

I’ve contacted Accor about this and provided them with screenshots, copies of T&cs and they’ve forwarded my request to another department…Good Luck with this everyone :)

        • Would you mind sharing (DM is fine) the channel you contacted them through?

          • +1

            @wizzlesticks: Sent you a message.

            • @camwri: Hey. Did you have any success?

I didn’t see this in the T&Cs and of course the page is gone now. They’re rejecting me!

              • @prkr: Haven’t heard back from them but sounds like they’ve decided not to award it and t&cs are gone.

  • +1

Has anyone received their status nights? I enquired and received this:

Following your request to apply for the ANZ Roadshow Fast Track Offer, we would like to inform you that, to be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked with dedicated corporate rates allocated to the corporate companies participating in the offer.

What corporate rates are they talking about? I didn’t read anything about this. Does anyone have the t&c’s?

    • Was able to pull the T&C from the Wayback Machine - https://justpaste.it/k2csg

      • Thanks! It’s really dodgy they hide such a crucial criteria in the t&c’s. Their registration page made it sound like it’s for any bookings.

        • Agreed. I will definitely kick up a big fuss. Misleading advertising

  • Finally got the rejection based on the T&C's requiring Corporate Rates….annoying that you can sign up for the offer but not be eligible.

  • Will challenge this when it happens to me. Was not visible anywhere

    • Please let us know if have any success having this honoured.

To be fair though it was titled as ANZ Roadshow Fast Track Offer offer so not totally unexpected that it had some ANZ rate requirement.

      • no luck through accor plus, they referred to accor all who rejected. I got platinum through purchasing an additional accor plus china membership

        • How do you buy Accor Plus China?

By the way, I was this close of buying the Voyageur card when I read the rejection. I booked my stay via ALL and I am not sure what they meant by Corproate Rate. Lucky, I haven't bought it yet. Might have to give up my Platinum

          • @burningrage: look at the r/accor reddit. On there deep in some comments about how to best get platinum there are links. Essentially there are three chinese platforms you can purchase it through. WeChat being the simplest (make sure to link your ALL account first before you buy - SUPER IMPORTANT).

If you have accor plus already, you get a slight discount. I bought the 20 status night package which was about $300. The 30 status nights package was about $420 IIRC.

            • @OZcheepsk8: @OZcheepsk8 thanks man! I already have IBIS card so I think I can get this for Platinum in case my 10 fast-tracked Status NIght fell through.

  • Just realised all the hotels in melbourne have upped their prices. Can no longer get free stay plus nights on sofitel Melbourne. Anyone been able to?

    • Usually coincides with AFL fixture being confirmed
