Credit Card, Rewards etc. Anticipating around $20k Expenses in a Couple of Months. What Credit Card Should I Apply for

Hiya all,
In about another 2-3 months, i'll need to spend about $20K. Previously (over 12 mths ago) churned good number of credit cards over the last 5yrs. Haven't hold any CC fo over 1yr now. Cant really find any solid cashback/ rewards/ points deal right now. Any suggestions, advise, enlightening tips? TIA
