You mean EG fuel gift card can be used to pay for groceries in Woolworths supermarkets??

      • +3

        Yes

    • It does work! This is amazing, thanks for sharing

I receive an immediate 4% discount through Bupa Rewards or the Bluelight Card for Wish and Woolworths. Is it really worth waiting for Cashback to get an extra 1%? I'll pass!

    • +1

Just a slight correction. Wish is 3% on Bupa, only Woolworths is 4%.

      • Ok, that’s correct.

  • Wish is 5% on VIC Seniors portal everyday. Discounted upfront on purchase, no need to play russian roulette with SB

Do I have to be a "senior" to qualify?

      • Be good if someone can share a loophole for this

      • Do you need to buy a chopper for 7/11 price lock?

      • u just need someone's senior number and surname, the gift of the boomers. Also lets you buy cheap stamps too.

  • thanks used the big w card to buy some pokemon cards with the woolies discount

  • I bought an EG gift card. Standard cashback tracked in 1 minute, bonus cashback tracked in 6 minutes. I can see the card in my list of gift card purchases. So far all good.

But when I click on See Voucher I get a "400 Bad Request" error page (on PC browser), and on mobile I get "Oops! There seems to be a problem".

    Is anyone else getting this?

    • Do this on a web browser. I have had this issue many times

      • In Shopback app or in web browser when I click "See Voucher" it attempts to open a giftcardhub.woolworths.com.au web page, which gives the error:

Oops! There seems to be a problem
This Link is invalid. This could happen due to any of the following reasons:
        * The Link is incorrect or expired
        * The Link has been resent and therefore this old link has been disabled

I logged the issue with Shopback early this morning and I'm still waiting for a response.

        • Have you tried this in Desktop web browser? I did raise this case before, they asked to reinstall the app and other not helping ideas.

          • @creeps_bay: Yep, tried with Windows desktop Firefox & Chrome, tried removing all site data for shopback.com.au & woolworths.com.au. Still get the error.

            • @Chris T: Is this issue sorted for you?

              • +1

@vkg1: It is still not sorted. I did hear back from the ShopBack Customer Experience Advocate on Thursday, and I provided additional requested details and screenshots. It is now with "the relevant team" to investigate.

    • FYI I finally managed to resolve this issue. I found that I could access the gift card on my mobile by disabling Wi-Fi and using the mobile carrier network. I then figured out that I could make the problem go away on my home network (for my PC and mobile) by disabling the AdGuard Home feature on my home router.
