14-16" Touchscreen Laptop under $1500

Hi all. Looking for a laptop under $1500. Ideally under $1000 but willing to stretch a bit if it's good value and will last longer.

Requirements:

Windows
Full HD (ideally not like 4k or anything too high res)
touchscreen
decent battery life
weight not really too much of an issue but not after a chunky gaming laptop so not too heavy either
no need for graphics card
16GB RAM
512GB SSD or higher
14-16" screen

my 2 cents. if they are not tech illiterate then ordera framework. last i checked was 1250. if not then look for a thinkpad deal. do not buy anything else from the popular brands :-)
