Somehow the promotion is gone in my activated promotion list.
Can I still go for shopping today and count towards second week's spending?
I activated and shopped last week, and the promo is gone from my account too? Assuming it’ll just carry over. Will have to check my receipt from this week to ensure that the promo sticks
It is normal for the promotion to disappear from the Flybuys account after the end of each week. If you made a qualifying shop during week 1 (and if your qualifying shop was in-store, the physical receipt contains a message saying you completed week 1), the promotion should re-appear on your Flybuys account by Thursday this week. You can still do your qualifying shop for this week before the promotion re-appears on your Flybuys account and it will still count towards week 2 of this promotion.
I would not be overly worried about the promotion disappearing from the Flybuys account if you have made the qualifying shops. For example, during the previous promotion, I made qualifying shops in weeks 1-3, but the promotion did not re-appear on my Flybuys account during week 4. I called Flybuys and the rep said that if the bonus points were not automatically credited to Flybuys account after my week 4 qualifying shop, I should call back Flybuys to get them to investigate the issue (and if required, manually load the bonus points). However, I did my week 4 qualifying shop and the bonus points were automatically credited to my Flybuys account the next day.
I wonder if anyone has done this, f I place an online order on a Sunday for a Monday pick-up, does it count towards this week's spend or next week?
I think next week because they do not charge until they pack, as something could be out of stock, and that is on the day you pick up.
My other half has done this last week (i.e. picked up on Monday) but not sure if it’s registered as qualifying spend. Anyway to find out? I can see the activity registered for Monday but nothing in the email receipt. In store, always gives notification if it’s registered.
I haven't received any offers in my Flybuys account for months now. I don't know why.
