I sent some RAM to TechFast from the recent 5080 build that arrived in their warehouse last Monday. I was told late last week that I would get the new RAM sent out early this week and it is now near COB on Thursday.
I've sent many follow up emails with no response and I'm considering filing a chargeback for the replacement RAM cost on PayPal. This does not give me much confidence if I have to send the whole system back or if an expensive component such as the GPU has an issue.
How has everyone else's experience been with RMA and warranty specifically?
