Cashrewards - 2FA/MFA Issues - Keeps Sending The Same 6 Digit PIN

Hi All,

Recently tried to withdraw from my Cashrewards account after letting it build up for a while.

For the past week, I have tried a few times to follow the withdraw process, get to the point where I need to enter the code that is sent via SMS to me and it fails. The odd thing is, it keeps sending the same 6 digit code each time, regardless of how much time is left between each attempt.

Submitted a ticket last week, no response as of yet.

Slightly concerned that a vital security feature is having issues like this. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

    No issues on my end.

    I withdraw 4th April -> received 7th
    and then again on 8th -> received 10th

  • Is it just CR giving you issues with SMS MFA?

    • Yep, everything else is fine.

    Unable to withdraw too here.
    Gives me 'something went wrong' error.

    Have a few hundred in approved cashback that I would like to take out but cannot. Have reached out to Cashrewards support, but no response yet.
    Anyone found a solution? Or received a response back from CR?
