I saw the double pack on Zavvi. I haven't ordered any from them and their UK origin worried me. do you have any experience with them? how about the delivery times ?

Yes, I have ordered a lot of stuff from the UK including Zavvi. As UK is in a PAL/Region B region their blu-rays and Xbox games are compatible with Aussie Playstation/Xbox/Blu-Ray stock.
For delivery times and Zavvi, it can really vary. Sometimes a week, sometimes a month. I'd probably say that my personal average is 2-3 weeks. Once I cancelled an order simply because it was taking too long to dispatch. However that's the way it goes with a lot of these overseas purchases, you have to decide whether you can handle the delivery time in favour of massive discounts.
Zavvi is a really trusted site, they aren't going to rip you off. It'll just take a little longer to get your item.
If you're still a little underconfident at first about compatibility, order something cheap from them first just to be comfortable before buying from the UK.
I have ordered few from UK but can't remember the name of the site. They are compatible but it took more than a month to come here and that is also after sending a couple of inquiries.
The double pack seems to be worth the wait :)
i was once thinking to jailbreak my XBOX but was worried about the warranty.. games are getting expensive :D

I'm also looking for Halo 4 for under $50. Ozgameshop are usually the best bet.

you could also try buying from the Xbox LIVE store or Amazon 360 store and download straight to your console, Assassin's Creed III is $51 at the moment.
www.gamecafe.com.au is a great comparison site that includes oversease and australian stores (not all of them but is a good place to get an idea of prices.

Not seeing an awesome deal for III yet, but it hasn't been out that long.
