No luck for us fatties.. only pink is left in sizes that aren't tiny

    • Yeah no more XLs 😢

      • Last week when I visited the store, they had heaps of XS and XL…

    • I grabbed a few navy in XXL

    • Careful men - he wets his pants.

Downvoters clearly don't remember the classic Simpsons episode where Homer wears a pink shirt to work :-)

    • You might be alright with a smaller size for these since theyre "oversized".
I'm normally an M for their tshirts but got XS for this.

      • +1

You should buy M to have the oversized look

        • I already prefer looser fitting tshirts and I found XS was fine for that hahaha.
For me the way it fits their models on the website is just way too big.

Just saw it in store, not much size and colour left on special.

For $5 or even $10, then yeah maybe. But for $14.9, nah.
No wonder the one in chaddy couldn't move their stocks even though the t-shirts have been that price for about 3 weeks now.

      for $14.9

Our special promo price = Japan normal price (before any promo) but AIRism is the most comfortable T-shirt

I struggle for find something of similar quality at this price point - but happy to be proven wrong. Ascolour is the only one that comes to mind.

What do you recommend as a daily t-shirt for < $20

        • Which brand and price point you will buy?

        • +7

I ain't going to pay $14.9 per piece to buy an out of season Uniqlo leftover t-shirt.

Why? They have the best quality for around the price range, you couldn't find similar quality design at that price range from Kmart or Target, not even big department store.

        • +9

Out of season? These are ALWAYS in season and is an Uniqlo stable.

        • +1

Savings are generally when things are out of season.
But this can be a staple, that you can still where this and a cardigan for Autumn weather

    • +3

Have you actually tried these? You simply can't find anything close that is as nice as these at this price point.

$14.9 is a great price imo. They are ¥1990 rrp in Japan.

What is a half sleeve tshirt?

    • +9

If you imagine a full sleeve, it's half of that.

      • -1

So just a normal sleeve for a tshirt?

        • +1

I'd say a bit longer than most tshirts. Comes right down to the elbow

Does anyone know how its size compares to the 'Uniqlo U 100% Cotton Crew Neck T-Shirt'? Due to narrow shoulders and a short torso, I'm usually an XS, but I barely fit into the size S for the 'Uniqlo U 100% Cotton Crew Neck'. I wonder how this oversized one would be. Should I size down to XS?

    • UNIQLO U AIRism is oversized design, not the same

    • U has shorter sleeves and longer body length. Width is about the same. Think this shirt would suit you given your shorter torso… I just wish they brought back the full cotton equivalent sold many years ago as that was the perfect tee.

  • -2

This material is no good, I prefer the real cotton ones.

    • -1

Agreed. I had the full cotton ones before (tee with pockets) and then bought these polyester mixed.
Feels warm and fabric doesn't breathe well when worn during summer.

Feels warm and fabric doesn't breathe well when worn during summer.

I feel the difference, dry very quick and comfortable during summer, especially high humidity.

Bought these a few weeks ago when they were clearing out the grey/black ones for 7.90 they were ok for that price considering not 100% cotton. Good unisex style though.
