Coles' Rascals nappies on ½ Price at the moment. I've got a newborn on the way and heard from multiple people these are great compared to the rest. Thought you all might like it as well. Its only this weeks special which will most likely end on Tuesday closing 15/04/25 so get in quick.
They are bigger in surface area and better absorption imo than Huggies
Rascals are more high waisted and have better absorption than Huggies ultra dry. They perform quite well overnight. But best overnight nappies are still Huggies Pure Care imo.
The strap is also much softer than Huggies,not causing rashes
Are Rascals rare on sale? (months away from needing to buy them)
They often cycle through sales on the bags, boxes and sometimes the mega box. So don't stress, you'll go through enough :)
Huggies ultimate are the best, even if you only use them at night to have less leakages. On sale at colesworth/amazon maybe once every 6-8weeks, discount varies massively.
We found the aldi brand nappies to be second best. Never on sale.
Rascal nappies are probably just as good but the band made both my kids itchy. Same as the hughies ultimate except theres no amazon discounts.
Obviously anecdotal but still might be helpful.
Mamia (ALDI) brand at full price are the same price for a discounted Rascals/Huggies sitting at around ~20ish cents per nappy
18c for newborn up to around 23c for size 4.
Yeah, I forgot how much the ones before size 4 was as our bub is using size 4. Thanks for the correction
We found the rascal nappies to be just as good overnight as Huggies ultimate. Literally throwing money away IMO, unless your kids are allergic to something about the nappy etc.
On average, they are rarely ever close to the price of Rascal nappies when on sale.
My boy used to use this and really like it. no explosion and keep it intake even its full.
Is this a good buy for the current price? Our first bub coming August wondering if it's worth investing in this now? Thanks everyone
