  For those wondering: it is a nice entry level very robust professional microphone.
  I was about to get it for my karaoke machine (https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0BNN445X3/?coliid=I13MRN6OMZTO…) which is used occasionally at parties, but it will not plug into consumer (non professional) equipment (jack) - it is not the interface limitations, it is a signal level limitation. I.e. a simple jack to XLR adapter cable will not work.

  I’m currently looking for a microphone to replace my Blue Snowflake, as I’m having low volume issues when the distance between me and the mic is about 0.5m. I’ve done some research, and this one and Fifine AM8 are ones of recommended options—I’m considering buying it. However, I’m not sure if it will actually fix my problem.

    I don't think so. I ended up buying this and you need to be quite close to your mic
