I recently bought one and it's awesome. It doesn't need to be plugged in whilst playing (it's rechargeable like a phone), the sound is surprisingly good and it comes with a small remote. It also has a 3.5mm port for plugging in other devices like phones from the headphone jack.
It is over your budget though, and I apologise for not being able to recommend any cheaper ones.
