BP eGift Card from Prezzee

Has anyone had issue redeeming the eGift card in BP?

I swapped my Shopback super swap gift to BP gift card recently. Tried redeeming it in my local BP but without success. The store tried the scanning barcode, QR code, and entering the gift card number manually.

The BP is listed as one of the participating stores.

  No issues redeeming this way from prezee or shopback.
