I think they are alluding that Taco Bell USA will take over the sites or resell the operation, that's what's been reported in the media.They ultimately own the brand in Au.

I just had the burrito Taco Bell and their range has so much cream and less toppings: beans, salads etc compared to GYG
GYG has salads?…last time i had a burrito from them it was all rice and beans a bit of chicken.
