I’ve got the Bissell Spot Cleaner and want to store it in the box but because the cable wrap attachment thing, it doesn’t fit. Anyone know how to remove them from the unit???

Looks like you depress the black locking clip. You’ll probably have to unscrew part of the cover to get to it. There is a lot of YouTube videos on how to pull these apart.
If there’s a YouTube video, I cannot find it. There’s a lot on how to disassemble the entire unit but seems kind of stupid just to remove an attachment
I think once snapped in its permanent. Probably just saves room in the box for shipping. I think you’d have to disassemble partially to depress the tab and remove it.
Take it to a Mechanic or Panel beater, trim removal levers may release that sucker for you.
I have that unit.
I store mine in its box but have removed the internal-box protection to make space. It nicely fits once the internal protection is removed.
