There is a flip card/memory test game which you need to do in order to get an entry, but the draw is random. I've set the Entry Limit to 'Limited' because of the allowed 34 entries per person. You can set a reminder to enter each week.

To enter the competition, you must, during the Competition Period:

  • locate and click on the competition post featured on official Carlton Football Club social channels; and
  • follow the instructions to:
    • complete the Match, Win, Drive! Thanks to Hyundai game; and
    • fill out and submit the online entry form, to receive 1 entry into the prize draw.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.

Entries are limited to thirty four (34) per entrant (one per week during the Competition Period). Each entry must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Given the comp started at the start of March, we probably won't get 34 weekly entries. I haven't done the maths.

i think you'll find most people will only enter once, and forget about it.

      • +9

Yep, I've already forgotten why I'm here.

Appreciate the comp, but the SPAM is starting to kill me :P

I get around 400 emails per day on my gmail account. I can't really call them SPAM as I've signed up for them.

Hopefully everyone is still playing along.

    Competition closed?
Do you think it is an error?

    • No idea sorry. They've already listed a top 5, but I don't know what that even means as it's not in the terms and conditions. Maybe there is a random draw from those? I'll close it on here for now.

Thanks. I think so the top 5 is the fastest to solve the game not the winners.
There are 34 entries in this competition one per week. Calculating 34 weeks from 13/3/2025 shows that the end date is today. I think so they got the closing date wrong in the T&C

It looks like football teams shouldn't run comps. They seem to be poor at sticking to their own terms.

How did anyone even click the tiles fast enough to reach 00:06.895? I swear each tile took like half a second to turn around before you could click the next.

@PhatTofu: Yeah, no doubt there was some shonky stuff going on. I recall a previous game based comp where depending on what platform you played on, it gave different responsiveness, making it much easier to getting a high score. I'm not sure the scores mean anything though, as I think the terms said it was a random draw.

  • If the draw date is next month does that mean i should stay subscribed till then?

    • I'd probably hold off unsubscribing for the moment.

It appears the comp is open again. They must have realised the problem.

    Have they announced the winner?

    • +1

Not that I've found. It says they'll post it on their webpage for 28 days, but no idea where. There are names listed on the comp page, but I don't know if it is one of them.

I have checked their socials, nothing there also.
