I'm currently a silver member and previously had Plus membership but it's lapsed. I'm going to Europe for 3 weeks so wondering if it's worth getting it again. Previously got it through a HK deal but could look at getting through Phillipines.

If that's so, then I definitely won't sign up!
It still gave me the 10% off in the UK, no other benefits (usual is 5% off retail)
UK also has really good Cashback on topcashback.co.uk compared to here, 10% on Mercure and Pullman for example
It works here too but it’s really weird how they calculate it - they don’t seem to use the advertised standard (ie a Mercure here might only pay 3% or so)
Edit: UK has “app offers” which are basically almost the same as after cashbsck pricing…
Yes, the Accor Plus benefits only apply in the Asia Pacific region.

ALL Plus Voyageur works in Europe. 15-20% off best available rate, but no free nights. Sometimes there are sign up offers, e.g. 2000 reward points or a cheaper first year subscription.
