    No shade intended on the deal, but aren't liquid detergents inherently bad value vs. powders because you're paying for what is mostly water? What's the advantage of wet over dry detergents?

      Probably, but I prefer liquid detergent. Seems to get less gunked up

      Yes true, however some say that powdered detergent requires it to be properly dissolved in the washing machine - otherwise sometimes you can see some white specs which can lead to irritation. You can use less powder or a higher temperature.

      I find the powder detergent smelss a bit weaker than liquid detergent because liquid detergent contains scent additives in liquid form. If you want the same strong scent as liquid detergent you could add smelling beads however those dont add any cleaning power or neither are they cheap

      Yes it does I fact the wash is better due to the warm water not only dissolving better but also the clean out of the outer drum during the hot/warmer cycle.
