My order shipped yesterday and I just got an email that 3 of the items were unavailable.
Ordered 30/4. No update, but I really hope no cancelled items! Bought 15 items, and need them all!

I ordered on 29/4 and received most of the items that I ordered. No gift was included, probably ran out. One item was missing and I have just contacted them. Hopefully, they will issue a refund.
Yeah im in the same boat, no gift and one missing item. For anyone curious the missing item was the '852 Baggy fit denim jeans' in Size 36 and stone washed indigo.

Ordered 29th and received yesterday (Thursday 15th) got the tote bag as the gift but missing 2 items, sent them an e-mail regarding the missing stuff moments ago… Did not receive any kind of correspondence about stuff being out of stock etc.
You need to raise a chargeback with your payment provider immediately or there's a good chance youll never see the money you paid for the missing items.
One was the Eisenhower Jacket (Charcoal color $30) and the other that I can't find anymore on the website was the WS509 ($14)…
The jacket seems to be still available in the Black, so I might ask them to send that instead, we'll see how they respond to my earlier e-mail
Also, if I were to chargeback, it would be the entire amount right? and they might not process it because I've gotten majority of the order?
You might be able to chargeback just that missing part not sure, I know with PayPal you can request a partial refund under items not received
@joshash: Thanks, i'll give Amex a call later today and explain the situation… I should probably give Dickies either until end of business today or maybe a couple business days to respond to the email to see if we can sort it out.
I just raised a PayPal dispute. Them "being busy" is not my problem and reports of people missing items with no partial refund gives me zero confidence.
Received my order today from the 29th, missing a $10 t-shirt, but got everything else (x1 shirt, x2 jackets, x2 tees) and the free tote bag gift.

My order from the 29/4 came today and I received all items, but no free gift.
Ordered 29/4, received today. Ordered 4 tees, 2 pants, 2 shorts. Got email that 2 pants and 1 shorts were out of stock. I received 2 tees and 1 shorts. What a shit show, gonna file a dispute with card.

I sent them a support email and just got a reply saying they'll refund the missing item. I suspect their order fulfilment system buckled under the load and the stock levels on the website weren't updating correctly. If they don't automatically reach out, email them for a refund for the missing items.
This. Don’t chargeback unless you don’t get a refund and its been at least a couple months. Dickies “closing down” afaik is just them ending their partnership with this particular distributor (atomic brands). Both companies will still continue to operate (i think)

Has anyone who’s gotten theirs received tracking from auspost or did the package just turn up to your address?
I’m worried because I haven’t received any email to say it’s been shipped and I live in an apartment complex where the infamous Auspost would take it straight to a LPO without leaving a card.
You’ll receive tracking from auspost, and at least for me auspost have gone away from the cards. All the info on where/when to collect was in the tracking link.

They responded to my PayPal claim with the generic form letter, just saying they're busy and I should wait… I've been waiting 20 days.
I escalated it to a claim - good luck to everyone with missing items… put in your claims and chargebacks while you can!

Ordered 30/4/25 got my tracking number from Aus post just now… No idea what is fulfilled in my order had pants and shirts, i guess we will wait and see.

All of my order arrived, no free gift. The mystery pants was 4 jorts and 1 pair of jeans.

Order placed on 29/4 and received around 15/5 in Brisbane. All items included but refunded for 1 (5 hoodies and 1 shirt received).
Ordered 29/4 and still havent received anything. I emailed and got some rubbish about 7-10 business days because they were busy. Closing in on a month now.

They just said on Instagram that they are up to 2nd May orders.
They’re also deleting any comments from people talking about the delay with orders. Not a good look.

weirdly their pants fit about one size too small and their shirts almost one size too large

Apparently the warehouse is now up to orders from the 14th and 15th May.
I placed an order for two pairs of pants on the 14th after some of my original order was refunded. Fully expecting to be refunded for one pair, and receive an empty postage bag.
