Is Lycamobile dodgy?
Impossible to contact them via, phone, chat, or email. Have been trying for the past 3 days.
I ported into them a few days back, and after working for 2 days, I got a message I have no credit to make calls. Plan sim is for 28 days purchased from Coles.
Why don't they answer any of my emails?
If you've exhausted all avenues to contact them I would suggest to file a complaint with the TIO which puts the onus back on them to contact you.
