instead get this Neewer one which is now $55 down from $69. made from aluminium alloy just like the Movo so won't rust. is larger so you can actually fit all models of GoPro and even has a collapsible phone mount in the base for convenience.
attach two LED lights to the hotshoe mounts and you have a video rig ready for anything! (I recommend two of these ZHIYUN CM25 when they are $58 regularly, 3360Lux and 4000mAh battery) the dual U handles are enough to get stable footage with just a phone/action cam.
you can attach your included GOPro in box mount to the 1/4 inch screw in the middle.
maybe you want to just make content, or maybe you want to do some gonzo journalism like the movie Nightcrawler. or just film your holiday events.
