That's a lot of hidden fees in an attempt to extract more money from customers.
I upvoted without thinking. Yes, it's a heck of a lot of sometimes ridiculous fees.

You're a P2 driver: gotta purchase their premium package
You have an accident: $5,500-$6,000 excess
You're in a van or 9 seater and travel more than 200km per day: 35c per km extra for you
You have a second driver: $9 a day surcharge for you
You go through a toll: Of course you pay the toll. And $2.95 PER TOLL on top
Oh, and if your licence is less than a year old, forget it.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention that if you're local, the bond is $1,000 which you'll get refunded in 10 days. That's, of course, if you remembered to bring a utilities bill with you. Gotta have that, otherwise no rental for you.
