Seeking recommendations for a eSIM for a iPhone you’ve used in Europe and the UK for good coverage and reliability.
Looking at minimum 20GB for 30 days under $50. Thanks!

    • EE eSIM: Offers 100GB for $25 USD, but it's only valid in the UK and does not include EU roaming.
    • Three UK eSIM: Provides 20GB for 30 days, with good coverage and reliability.
    • Smartroam eSIM: Another 20GB option, which could be worth considering.
  • Thanks. Need for both UK and Europe.

  • Get an eSIM for your Australian number. When you land in Europe by an EE or Lebara SIM card. I think I bought an EE when I landed in London, used it for a month and then bought a Lebara. Both could be used in UK & Europe but Lebara was cheaper.

  • Just returned from finland, spain, portugal, france. Used a simify 20gb card and it lasted me a month no problem and seamless service everywhere (except when spain & portugal had a blackout but that's a different problem)

  • I've always used Ubigi and has worked well for me.

  • Used Lyca when I was in the UK and worked fine. They have a 30GB for $35~ AUD

Just make sure to activate when you arrive - tried activating in Aus and they ended up refunding me and I had to buy a new one.

    2 options.

    1. Get a travel/temporary eSIM, just compare what you need on https://esimdb.com/ and pick the cheapest.
    2. Buy a local SIM card/plan from the first country you land in. In UK I'd recommend Lebara or Mozillion. Be careful that some countries in Europe are not in the EU and can be excluded. These are Switzerland, Albania, Turkey, Gibraltar, San Marino, Monaco amoung others so check coverage if you're travelling outside the main European cities.
  • I have used the Orange Flex from Poland eSIM and it was flawless. Cheap as the chips, plenty of data. Does not work in England though but if you are not there for long, plenty of local offerings, like Giffgaff
