Yeah, after about a year of milling grains with mine I accidentally used the blending attachment instead of the milling one & found out it does a far better & quicker job of milling … FFS!
Mine just out of warranty and stopped working.

Arguably that's an issue with who you bought it from. The brand itself is "fine", as good as any breville, kenwood etc.

Did you run it for more than 1 minute at a time or fill it past the line on the jug? … these things are built to a price, if you do the things they warn you not to do in the instructions they fail, not saying that's why yours failed, but they do fail from owner error!
This is not my first one and my mum buys one every year not sure why
