  • None of these have worked well enough on my induction cooktop, that eventually I just decided induction comptabile cookware was the only option.

The only place it really hurt was our pressure cookers not being induction, and trying these I was never able to heat it up enough to be able to pressurise.

Note that these can warp in sudden temperature changes. Once warped it becomes unusable.

  • Cna this be used to make bread on stove

    • They are small diameter. It would heat up maybe but not sure why a pan couldn't be used.

  • Looks like it could make a good burger smasher.

    Honestly, just don't.

    Go buy an induction-compatible pot.

I was unaware these thing existed so bought a new induction top friendly Bialetti and resigned my classic one to kitchen rack display…oh well,in retrospect that was probably a good move.
    P.S.I hate induction cook tops.

      Why?

  • Too used to old school gas I guess, but warming to the new tech (excuse pun).
Hard to flame some dishes but the restaurants seem to getting by…..maybe not the Asian ones though.

worth it to just buy the newer Bialetti stainless steel Venus

  • Shows up as $36.30 for me.
