Saw this KitchenAid KSM-150 for a nice price, my wife wanted the almond Cream colour so picked one up. From what I read the KSM-150 is the older version of KSM-195 (with less trimmings included).

There is also Black and Red available.

    KitchenAid is the primo, worth it imo and this is a great price!

    With the right attachments, they do so much more.

    Bake a cake, make some bread, prepare some pasta dough then make some pasta, mince your own meat etc.

    Hell, make some Turkish cig kofte, Lebanese kibbeh or a beef tartare if you please.

        I mean, if you wanted to use it to make the pastry fresh, sure you could do that part of a recipe with the KitchenAid.
