      Yeah good one. I love that there's legit docs out there on SM attempting to debunk all the BS. I follow a bunch of them, but hadn't seen this guy. Cheers.

      No mention of death by mouth-breathing funnily enough. And "Variable effect on snoring and sleep apnoea" rather than "snore no more"

      I've had nasal surgery and use cpap. Much as I'd love a magic piece of tape to fix my still-frustrating sleep problems, it just aint gonna happen. :(
