Non Asian sauce is okay too?
Anything you like but I think tomato sauce might be a bit weird. haha
siracha, soya, Sichuan pepper, bit of sugar to taste, and sesame oil.
sprinkle with fried onion, and some lard if you have it.
stir through.
a pan fried egg + spam on top too.

I like it. Cheesy & a bit spicy.
With cheese… ugh that doesn't sound good.
I find with these noodles the noodles are still good past the best before date and it's the powder that can clump up. So chuck the seasoning if it feels a bit hard in the packet and replace it with a spoonful of asian sauce.
