RH has very nice aftersales service.
I left feedback for their kettle being dangerous with faulty lid popping open upon boiling water and they sent me a new one (albeit same model), despite already out of warranty.
As someone who has used both metal and glass, I highly recommend getting a glass airfryer (no downside) and only upside. Well some will say the glass gets very hot, but that is neither here nor there, that can be managed very easily. As far as the potential for breaking etc, they are very robust. Much higher chance that your metal fryer begins to peel than the chance of something going wrong with the glass ones.
No toxicity in the glass fryers.
My recommendation, search for a good glass model, they should be a lot more popular and widespread than they are. I personally am never going back to metal.
