Cashrewards - Invalid OTP Code during Sign up

Has anyone here experienced an "Invalid OTP code" during sign up? The one and possibly only time a friend accepts my refer link and they're not able to sign up…

I've suggested double checking the OTP code is correctly entered. They say they've had the code resent to their SMS mutiple times and it's the same code that's provided.

    I experienced the same issue yesterday when I tried to withdraw funds. I attempted several times, but the same OTP code kept coming through. A few hours later, it worked. It seems they are having issues.
