amaysim Using $30 Credit to Pay for $60 365 Day Plan

Hi

Noob question.

So just ported to amaysim for a relative. Bought the $30 plan from coles for $10. Now i see the option to switch to 365 day plan talk only for $60.

But i cant find how to use the $30 balance to pay for half of the 365 day plan. Meaning i should be able to switch to the 365 day plan and only need to pay $30 extra.

Does anyone know how to do this? in my portal all i can see is 1c available credit? Thanks

    Did you start by activating it on As You Go, or something else?
