Just received an email advising Pronto immediately exiting retail nbn and telling me to find another provider by the end of my billing cycle which just happens to be today.?????wtf. Anyone else had this email? Had no contact or issues with them until this.

I had NBN with them while 100/20 was $59 a month. They resell Superloop I believe, so the performance was basically identical, amazing bargain at the time.
They even sent out free Pronto Broadband umbrellas to their customers as a nice surprise.
Yeah had the umbrella… would rather have the connection tho .
With NBN raising wholesale prices again I can imagine there's not much in it anymore. Typical bloody govt business . Anyone had experience with Buddy Telco?Buddy are excellent. They use Aussie Broadband infrastructure.

Might benefit some people who are with Pronto and don't always check their emails.
Aussie BB, Buddy or Launtel. They have excellent service. Get transferred to them pronto. Can always look for a cheaper deal from the B-D grade tier providers later.
Thanks for the help. Signed up with Buddy and the service is great. I am not one to swap providers every 6 months so appreciate fair value for my hard earned.
