Hi all, just trying to find recommendations for a Real Estate Agent in the Gold Caost. I want to rent out my property due to move interstate.

  To be fair to OP it’s a minefield on the GC. So many REAs and they all fake review and promote each others businesses. Some are awful! To both landlords and tenants.
  
  On the GC you’re best to get recommendations for anything via word of mouth from someone you know who has actually used that business. All my experiences have been positive this way, but sketchy if not.

I have mine with Your Property Team. So far so good. Small independent. Not perfect but seemingly genuine and listened to what we wanted. I chose them based on other recent listings in the area.

My advice is to be really clear in what you want in terms of rental income (obviously realistic), calibre of tenants and communication. Obviously this goes hand in hand with giving the tenants a good experience ie ensuring it’s in decent condition and be willing to do essential repairs etc.
