    I think they have lost their edge. Newer and better Asian skincare products are cheaper and more effective. Their prices are not competitive at all and they don't even offer click and collect.

    Their back scrubber is awesome but,
    Made from cactus spines it’s the
    perfect amount of scratchy and soft.

    FYI apparently they are discontinuing all cosmetic lines as they can't compete with prices of other brands (what a store clerk told me)
